The mission of S.N.T.G.N. TRANSGAZ S.A. is the natural gas transmission through the National Transmission System under safety, quality and respect for the environment conditions.

The recertification of the Integrated Management System for Quality and Environment, according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is prove of the organizational culture implementation that place the client and environment protection in the center of our attention.

The continuous improvement and the recognition of the potential of improving should stimulate the individual creativity and the synergy of the facts of all TRANSGAZ’s employees, ensuring in this way a working environment based on “trust” and “professionalism”.

Directions of actions:

1. Compliance with the legal and regulation requirements;
2. Improving the process of customer satisfaction evaluation;
3. Systematic and continuous training of TRANSGAZ’s personnel of on:
1. The requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2008
2. The requirements of SR EN ISO 14001:2005
4. Respect for the environment in all activities and in all TRANSGAZ locations;
5. Increasing the personnel involvement for process improvement.

By the power vested in me, I assume full responsibility for determining and allocating resources required for a continuous maintaining and improvement of the Integrated Management System for Quality and Environment, totally in accordance with the stated policy.

It is important that all S.N.T.G.N. TRANSGAZ S.A.’s employees know and understand this policy and to take all necessary actions for its implementation in their daily activity, regardless their hierarchical position within the company.
