The “Site approval notices” are released pursuant to Joint Order No. 47/1203/509/2003 issued by the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Ministry of Transport, Constructions and Tourism (MTCT), Ministry of Interior, published in the Official Gazette, Part I, No. 611/29.08.2003.

In order to obtain this site approval notice the beneficiary / applicant shall submit to the headquarters of the territorial structures of SNTGN Transgaz SA (whose contact details are specified in the Order above) a documentation according to Annex No. 1.

if the site of the proposed work is in the safety area of Transgaz SA objectives, the notice will be issued by its Headquarters, the Exploitation Division respectively.

If the site of the proposed work is not in the safety area of Transgaz SA objectives, the notice will be issued by the territorial structures.

The site approval notice and a copy of the documentation will be sent to the applicant by registered mail, through C.N. Posta Româna S.A.

if the notice is returned to the issuer, irrespective of the reasons, the applicant may raise the notice from the headquarters of the Exploitation Division, G. Enescu Square. No. 11. Medias.

If the building permit hasn’t been obtained within the period of validity of the notice, the applicant must obtain a new notice following the same approval procedure. "

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE SITE APPROVAL NOTICE FROM SNTGN "TRANSGAZ" SA MEDIAŞ

• Written request addressed to SNTGN “TRANSGAZ” SA Medias, in which shall be specified the identification data of the applicant and the subject of its request
• Technical Report on the work taken into consideration;
• Planning certificate (copy);
• Site development plan, scale 1:25.000 or 1:10.000;
• Site lay-out drawing (scale 1:500 or 1:1,000) covering the location in the proposed perimeter of the constructions and the related access roads;
• Proof of notice fee payment;
• Copies of land ownership documents (if applicable);
• If the applicant for site approval notice is not the beneficiary of the work, please attach to the documentation its power of attorney from the  owner / owners.
• The plans (in duplicate) will be approved by our territorial exploitation subunits with competence in the area where the work is intended to be carry out, and the complete documentation (after it was initially submitted to our territorial subunit) will be analyzed and approved by SNTGN “TRANSGAZ” SA Medias.
