According to the provisions of the Network Code, the TSO offers the network users the following third party access services to the transmission system:
- long term services: annual and multi annual;
- short term services: daily;
- firm services;
- interruptible services.

The interruptible services are offered based on the following regulation:

• Joint Order  of the Minister of Economy and Commerce, the NRANG Chairman and the NRAM Chairman no. 102.136/530/97/2006 regarding the revaluation of the natural gas quantities on the internal market and the methods to enhance discipline in the natural gas sector (The Romanian Official Gazette, Part I, no. 489/06.06.2006) including the additional amendments and additions;
• The Procedure for the evaluation of the necessary conditions to conclude the contracts for interruptible natural gas transmission services in the national transmission system, approved by the Decision of the NERA Chairman no. 1137/04.05.2010 (available only in Romanian language).

At this date there is no framework agreement and differential tariffs for the short term services.

Based on the Order of the NERA Chairman no. 39/28.09.2011 (available only in Romanian language) the short term services are prorogued until 01.01.2012.

The TSO does not offer auxiliary services to the network users.
